This confidential counselling service, facilitated by an expert psychologist, is offered to promptly address distressing issues that may be negatively effecting your life. By safeguarding your emotional wellbeing via EAP sessions, you are more likely to avoid these issues becoming a more serious health problem.

You conveniently access private & confidential counselling sessions, provided & funded by your workplace

You're supported by a workplace psychologist to identify & clarify the issues negatively effecting you

You're expertly supported to address & overcome these issues so you can enjoy greater emotional wellbeing
Phase 4: Support
Additional support can be recommended and accessed at the completion of your EAP sessions

Emily ensures that work and/or personal issues that may be adversely affecting your performance and wellbeing are identified and/or resolved quickly. Ultimately, this avoids these issues causing you greater psychological distress.
Emily draws on Solutions Focussed Therapy, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mental Toughness and Resilience, Habit Forming, and Mindfulness during your EAP sessions.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Most EAP sessions are virtual, however depending on location and your individual needs in-person sessions are available on request.
All EAP Services are confidential and bound by the Code of Ethics.
Information acquired through EAP participation will not be given to anyone outside EAP without the client’s consent, except as required or permitted by law. In all other cases, the consultant will only release information or initiate contact with another party with your express written consent.
If we need to contact you for any reason, we will do so in a discrete manner with no reference made to Get Mentally Fit unless we are speaking with you, or alternatively have your consent.
